Post setting and concrete footings
A sign is only as good as its post. We set sign posts — U-channel, square steel, and decorative styles — plumb and in concrete footings sized for the post and Houston's expansive clay, so they don't lean, spin in the ground, or get pushed over. Where traffic signage calls for it, posts are set on breakaway bases.
The footing is the difference between a sign that stays straight for years and one that's crooked by next season. Post-mounted sign installation and sign post replacement both come down to the same thing: a properly sized, properly set footing under a plumb post.
Parking, ADA, and accessibility signage
Parking and accessibility signs carry rules, and getting them wrong creates real exposure for a property. Fire-lane and no-parking signage has its own placement and visibility requirements.

Set to the right height and with the retroreflectivity that keeps them visible at night, on posts that hold.

We install these post-mounted or wall-mounted, set level and consistent across a property so the whole site reads as cared-for rather than piecemeal. For property managers, consistent, upright site signage is a small thing that a prospective tenant or a visitor notices immediately.
Sign replacement after damage
Signs get hit by vehicles, faded by the Texas sun, vandalized, or stolen, and posts get bent or snapped. We replace damaged signs and posts — matching the existing sign face and post so the replacement blends in — and re-set footings that have failed or been knocked loose.
Turnaround matters when the sign that's down is a fire-lane, accessibility, or traffic sign that has to be up for safety or compliance. Sign post replacement is a routine call for a property with any amount of parking or traffic, and we handle it as a quick, defined job.
Wall-mounted and bollard-mounted signs — and what's out of scope
Not every sign belongs on its own post. We mount signs to walls, fences, and bollards — a bollard-mounted parking or accessibility sign is common in lots and at building entrances, and wall-mounted signage suits building identification and interior-lot directions.
